This is a med kit I personally carry when I take the train to to work in the inner city...it specifically is designed for knife attacks or gun shots to arms/legs.

1x bleed stop pad
1x Red 10hr Chemlight
1x Nylon bag
1x Paracord garrot (12 strand)
1x Ziptie (for restraint)
