This is a med kit I personally carry when I take the train to to work in the inner city...it specifically is designed for knife attacks or gun shots to arms/legs. 

1x metal rod tourniquet
1x Rhino rescue chest seals
1x 6 inch isreali bandage (standard size is 4 inch)
1x bleed stop pad
1x Nylon bag
1x small roll of 12 strand paracord (not imaged)
